    Did you read the error? Looks like a Firefox problem. Try to uninstall / re-install firefox.

    Found what could be the issue. Flash player? The site your friend is accessing could be trying to use this plugin!

    Try using Internet Explorer / Google Chrome either as a workaround or as a test to see if you have the same issue.
