I've been thinking of going out to visit Dalkey Island. Dos anybody know if there's a ferry running over and back?, How much is it?, Where does it run from? and is it a daily thing or does it have to be booked.

You go to Coliemore Harbour which is opposite the island. Ken or his brother are there most of the time so there's no need to book really. They'll drop you over and you can arrange a time to be picked up again or you can ring them from the island.
