    According to aa roadwatch theres an serious incident on college green anyone know whats happening??
    Because of a serious, ongoing incident at College Green traffic is being diverted. There is no access to Dame St at present. Inbound motorists are being diverted at Christ Church onto the Quays. However, Dublin Bus services will be allowed onto Dame St but will be diverted away from the scene onto George's St. Traffic from D'Olier St and College St is being diverted onto Westmoreland St. Traffic is heavy inbound on Dame St and on Trinity. Congested also on D'Olier St.
