    There is a debate ongoing in this http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2057208769 thread in relation to the recruitment process and how reserves are being treated and how some feel it should or shouldn't be done. I think a poll would be a good way to gauge peoples opinions

    Looks like the Garda recruitment forum has a fairly strong idea of what it want's in relation to recruitment.
