    Hi,

    I hope I am in the correct forum.

    We have just had a house surveyed that we are sale agreed on. He mentioned a couple of points that I am nt sure of the cost to fix or the correct company to ask for prices.

    Window handles - the windows themselves open and close fine but the actual handles are falling off- any idea of cost for a 3 bed semi?

    Doors- back door needs a 5 point lock for insurance. Currently it is an aluminium type door - again could any advise on cost?

    Porch- the front of the house has a tiny porch with sliding aluminium doors- any idea how easy it would be to remove that and move the front door forward? There is a bit of a step up so I imagine we would need to raise the porch and add an external step.

    I hope these questions are ok, I am new to this board.
