Wouldn't be timewasting, once you put the ball down and referee blows their whistle, you aren't allowed to rest the ball again

Neither were penalties. But you can't take your point from a penalty. Lack of killer instinct has caught Wexford, but a great effort. Can't see them winning in extra time.

Just looked like Wexford didnt use their extra man well enough. Everytime a Clare back cleared a ball it was always a 1v1 or 2v2 situation looking to win the ball. Never had extra man there to pick up the breaks.

It's been an exciting game, but some of the handling, and wides have been truly awful.
