Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Looks to me like it's a pump first of all, not a fan....

What kind of pump do you think is?

At a guess it looks like a centrifuge pump for a well or a swimming pool - nothing is popping out on the info provided by the OP though.

Is the front part covered in?

If it is, then my guess is that it is a Medium Duty Aerator unit.

One of the ports on the rear would be the air intake, usually with a filter and the other port goes to aerate liquids in a holding tank, anything from aquariums to water treatment plant or liquid food stuff.

Yeah it's closed in. Your probably right, left seems to be air intake and out the other. I wired it up and it runs like a fan.

If you have it running and you can you feel air being drawn on one side and out on the other then thats what it is.
Could have been used in any number of applications.

That seems to be it alright.

He has two of them and I'd say they were a few quid.

Scrap now for what they're worth.
