So I'm usually a true night owl, but last week or that I've been sleeping before 12am and up before 11-11:30.. Since yesterday though I've felt pretty bad I mean I'm really tired and feel quite sick.. Any other night owl turned day riser had this problem?

Your body is adjusting. After two weeks I'm used to waking up early and initially became an instinct.

Hopefully it stops soon, getting pretty annoying feeling like crap most of the day :(
