Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

A rather anoying problem with App Store

    Hello all I was trying to update an app through the App Store but could not as it required me to "update my payment method" I had no problem with it in the past.

    However this time arround it is telling me that there is a billing problem with my previous purchase despite the fact that my bank account clearly shows that I have paid in full for all previous purchases!

    Furthermore my payment method is no longer acceptable?!

    Am I stuck in limbo here or is there a place where I can take this up with someone directly? Preferably through email a I live in a rural area with poor mobile coverage
