Ring of Kerry - €70 deposit on sponsorship cards?

I registered a few months back and received a sponsorship card. As far as I recall €70 is taken off my credit card already. When I register tomorrow evening the first €70 in sponsorship can go against that. I am checking just in case I need to bring money with me tomorrow evening when I go to register. Anyone got any info…
