Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

After doing the circuit of Ireland last week I came to the conclusion my seat on the Atwin is basically there for decoration, a short 80k spin today had my hoop numb and me doing the numb bump shuffle, what's my options?

Gel pads can be got on eBay for a reasonable price & get these guys to recover the saddle with the gel inserts http://nolanautocare.ie/

Did this with my saddle & it's a 100% improvement on the OEM one, about €150 all in

Inserts sound good but if you don't want to rip up your seat then if you have the cash I'd recommend getting an airhawk. I've tested on the Iron Butt of Ireland and a Europe trip.

Also, don't wear jeans under your gear (I was sore for 3 days after a short trip once :o) wear something comfortable which'll transfer heat away better, like track suit bottoms.

+1 for an airhawk. Pricey but worth it if set up properly.
Also keep your eyes open on ebay / specialist forum classified sections as aftermarket / donar seats do pop up

got a local lad to redo it before i went to aragon for motogp on the twin, wasted 100e in my opinion, stopped in decathlon in france and picked up a cheap inflatable cushion for a 5er, massive improvement!
