You seem to have a problem processing wages today into accounts

    Hey BOI

    Nobodys wages are going into there accounts today so far 

    This is happening to all my colleagues and from other companies too.

    Can you have a look what the glitch is.

    We have looked into this, yesterday there were a small number of customers affected with payments through Bank of Ireland. Apologies, this has since been resolved. If your payment/salary has still to credit, please contact your Bank of Ireland Branch to have this looked into.

    Regarding payments of wages, my company pays wages from BOI  to other banks for people. 
    This means that BOI customers get it same day, yet other banks do not, why is this and can it be changed?

    It takes a business day to be processed between our bank and another bank, (subject to cut off times).  

    Sorry, this is the standard time frame on these types of payments going to another bank.
