I have just bought a DVB-T aerial and software for my pc and works perfectly and get all the Irish Freeview channels. I would love to be able to do the same with the UK FTA channels on my laptop. I have 2 tuners it tells me and its a Toshiba Satellite C855-17m...Can I get a indoor aerial that will pick up the UK FTA channels and the associated item to convert the channels to digital and then on my pc so that I can view? Would windows media centre be of use?
I would dearly appreciate any ideas
    Regards

For the UK FTA channels, unless you're near the border (which you're not), you need a satellite dish. Indoor aerial won't do it.

You could of course stream it from the internet without the need for an aerial/dish if you're internet connection is good enough.
