Serious enough sounding injury to Justin Crozier delayed play in the Limerick - Antrim game about 10 minutes

    5 points apiece.

    Limerick 6 Antrim 8 points at half-time.

Antrim responded better to the injury break with 3 points on the trot, before Limerick pulled one back.

Limerick playing against the wind in the 2nd half - so a lot to do. Antrim in spite of the injury will be far happier at HT with the wind advantage to come in the 2nd half.

    Limerick 1-10 Antrim 0-10

17 minutes gone in the 2nd half

Limerick goal from a penalty ; only 2 points for Antrim so far this half.

    Another penalty for Limerick -

    Limerick 2-10 Antrim 0-11

20 minutes gone in the 2nd half

    Limerick 2-10 Antrim 0-14

Antrim not going without a fight.

    Tipperary 1-1 Longford 0-1 after 17 minutes

    Tipperary 1-3 Longford 0-2 after 21 minutes

Longford have hit the post 3 times and have had 3/4 wides, so a bit closer than the scoreline suggests

    Tipperary 1-6 Longford 0-3 29 minutes

It's 6 points each in the Wicklow - Sligo game after 27 mins

    Wicklow 0-6 Sligo 0-6 30 minutes gone.

    It's Sligo 0-8 Wicklow 0-6 at HT

From what I've heard on the radio Sligo were dominant and should be a few more points up.

Great win for Limerick. Fair play to the lads. Good to see them picking up three goals too.

    Tipp 1-10 Longford 0-04
Derry must be pulling their hair out

Longford getting a dusting at this stage. 2-10 to 4 points after 45 minutes

Derry Longford game was the complete freak result of the championship.

Tipperary are a good team too in fairness and could make a 1/4 final this year.

Derry regularly put out decent league teams that don't do it in the championship

I know but even still - Derry are a Division 1 team who got to the league final and were beaten by Longford who were relegated to Division 4 and now Tipperary a Division 4 team are hammering Longford out the gate.

    Tipp 2-13 Longford 0-6 60 minutes

    All level in aughrim.

Tipp 2-17 Longford 0-6 FT - I'd imagine the Cork footballers would be happy enough to see that scoreline.

Sligo 0-10 Wicklow 0-9 26 gone second half Tight

    Unlikely.
If they got to Rnd 4 they would meet one of Cork, Kerry, Mayo or Galway.

By all accounts they should have beaten Cork - would be interesting if they got a good result the next day.

Tipp having a good football year; got out of Division 4, win against Limerick in Championship, a narrow defeat against Cork in Cork in a game they could have won and a very solid win in the qualifiers to set them up for the next round -

The Tipp footballers could well be in action longer than their hurlers which would be a bit unusual.

    It's finished Sligo 0-12 Wicklow 0-10

Jaysus was stressful listening to that, delighted Sligo did enough.

Sligo's first qualifier win since 2009, we used to be pretty strong in the qualifers.

    Sligo 0-12 Wicklow 0-10 FT

Sligo will probably be happy to get the result ; Aughrim will retain it's reputation as a tricky devil of a place to go visiting.

Sligo, Limerick, Tipperary and 1 of Wexford or Laois in the next round - should be 2 decent games there you'd imagine.
