Moving boiler, radiator and door

We are (hopefully) buying a property in a development but there are a couple of things that we want changed but the developer refuses to do (we offered to pay for the changes but he refused saying its a waste of his time).

    1) the boiler - it's on the right hand wall, and OH wants it on the left hand wall, as it's liable to knock someone's head when getting up from the table (small combined kitchen /dining). I personally don't think it is possible as the right hand wall is a thick party wall, while the left hand wall is an internal wall.

    2) radiator - the space in the kitchen is made for a narrow fridge freezer, and we have a wider double door fridge freezer, so would need to swap the radiator.

    3) ensuite bathroom - currently it's a standard door, but we would like to move the door opening half a metre to the right, and change the door to a sliding door (I want a bigger bed). The wall would need to be enlarged as a pocket wall to encase the sliding door.

    Any suggestions on prices?
