Morning all,

I'm looking for a flatmate or flatshare in or around the Sandymount area. I've been trawling Daft for a month with no results, most places are either too expensive, looking for females only or get snapped up by psychic househunters.

I'm a 30 year old professional working in IT in Sandymount. I don't drive so somewhere close to Sandymount or DART/bus connections would be ideal. I've been looking around the Donnybrook and Ballsbridge areas but there isn't much left . I'm clean, tidy, punctual with money etc. I'm looking for someone similar, preferably non smoker but this isn't a deal breaker.

Any help, whether it be recommendations of sites to try or if anyone is actually looking to move in would be welcome.
