    Hi,
Sorry if this should be in the carseat thread or if already dealt with elsewhere (couldn’t see it mentioned). We’ve got a Bugaboo Cameleon and a BeSafe car seat and in putting the car seat onto the pram frame, we put the car seat onto the wrong side of the adaptors. We got one of the adaptors out but the second one has got stuck in the car seat and we can’t get it out. Thus the whole travel system is now useless!!

Can anyone help with advice or links on how to get the adaptor out?

    Thanks

O stop this happened to me! You need a screw driver, you basically push it in the gap (between adapter and car seat) and pull. I couldn't manage it and brought it back to the shop!! Tony kealy sorted it! Adapters are labelled r and l but r is your left and l is your right!!! I have now adapters left on permanently onto car seat. Car seat will still fit in isofix base for you to get to shop even though you have them on wrong way!!!

If you can't figure it, bring it back to the shop you bought it and they should help you sort it.

You could also ring them and they will talk you through screwdriver moves otherwise they will use the screwdriver and do it! The reason for the screwdriver is basically unhook a catch (you push it in with tip of screwdriver).

Thanks for the replies. I managed to get it out last night. Turned the seat upside down and used a long screwdriver to push the linkage arm back. Plus at same time pushed the adaptor out to the side to free up space.

Lesson learned for us on getting the adaptors on right!!
