Hi,

I worked in Germany for 4 weeks through a German agency but only got paid for the first week, kept getting excuses from the German agency as to why the money wasn't coming through, like problems with accountants, banks etc etc.

I was responsible for paying my own rent which meant that I was forced to leave Germany because as I wasn't getting paid then I couldn't pay the rent.

I've been ringing the agency on a daily basis since i got back to Ireland on the 18th June, he answers the phone most of the time and says he's sorting out the but I don't believe I'll ever get it.

Has anyone else been in a similar situation, any advice on how I could go about getting paid would be appreciated
