Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

At this rate barring injury Muller will surely beat the both of them in 2018.

He could beat it tonight if he wanted :pac:

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

    6-0 it's like a Women's tennis final

Maybe Brazil should have stuck with Mario Menezes as manager....or hired Wanderley Luxemburgo

We all know Fred is poor but Brazil fans booing him is shameful.

I genuinely feel sorry for him. No one deserves that.

Poor guy, bit like Balotelli being made the scapegoat for Italy.

Don't think there has ever been such a one sided match between two of the top nations at any stage in the world cup finals. Amazing stuff. I thought Germany might win, but I thought it would be tight, 1-0 or 2-1, possibly after extra time. Very disappointing actually. I prefer games to be proper contests.

    Question now is

Are Germany this good or Brazil that bad?

    I really don't know.

Poor Fred. I could maybe understand if he was a centre back! Hardly his fault that Germany scored 6

    Draxler coming on.

Usually at this stage down the park, we'd give them two of our players and let them play a fly keeper, maybe make it next goal the winner?

I know of someone with a grand on Germany to win, both teams to score. :P

Pure greed he included BTTS considering Germany's odds. Hope he loses.

Ozil has gotten a lot of criticism, but hats off, he's been exceptional tonight.

Easily his best match, he's been involved in play from the off. Still won't stop the criticism though I'd imagine.

They booed the shit out of the Chilean national anthem too. Delighted for them.

they didnt chile sang their anthem then sang it again without the band thats when the brazil fans booed. It would be a bit like england singing god save the queen and then the crowd staying totally quiet while they sang it again without the band.

Bit of column A, a bit of column b.

With Thiago Silva and Neymar in there, I'd still have fancied Germany to win by a couple.

Ozil has gotten a lot of criticism, but hats off, he's been exceptional tonight.

Has he? Like really though? He's been the quietest of all the German midfielders. They've all played well but definitely not exceptional, like Kroos.

  • Registered Users Posts: 33,755 ✭✭✭✭RobertKK

Chelsea have a really good player in Schurrle.
