Just bought Gears of War 4 for €12.50, already pre-loading it on XB1 and can play it on Windows 10 too when it releases thanks to Play Anywhere.

People are selling the Nvidia codes that give them Gears free when they buy a new graphics card. Some people who build PC's for a living etc. have them in bulk and are selling them off cheap on https://www.reddit.com/r/GameSale/ just make sure you pick someone with a high score and pay via paypal so you're somewhat covered if they do try to pull a fast one. I never actually played this game seeing as you needed this massive controller, but I still think that it has some of the most innovative use of Xbox Live and it's communication platform. If you split your units into two separate groups, there's be no way to communicate with each other while separated on the map, unless of course, you played as the comms mech, whose sole purpose was to facilitate cross-map communication.

Nowadays, it's all just parties, with no in game restrictions.

Not sure if people are aware but pre order bf1 on amazon is 43 euro. Use Parcel Motel (extra $) and you can get it day after release. Delivery to Ireland gives me a timeline of 4 or 5 days after release compared to 1 day after release with PM.

Yep CIAB, got SB and SB2 with their original controllers. Boxes are absolutely massive and I only played them for about half an hour. Talk about impulse buys!

He said he will sell 5 codes for $50, is there 4 other people or someone who wants multiples that would like to chip in?

It's an Nvidia code which you redeem via their site, after you enter the code they get you to link your Microsoft account and the game is then redeemed to your account.

It will then show up in your ready to install list on XB1 and can also be played on Windows 10 as it's a "Play Anywhere" title.

So to answer your question, it's both an XB1 & PC code in 1.

I think any of them from OCUK have the code: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/lp/nvidia-gears-of-war.html

Amazon are another official one on the list, althought it doesn't mention it on their uk site, you'd probably receive the code too.

Just got a code for $3 Bitcoin. I'm not even joking, he had like 60 of them but I got one of the last few (guys were buying multiples to resell probably) At this rate the game will be worthless soon but there should be lots of people playing come release.

Itchy has a case of the Kerry broadband syndrome which means he can't play proper competitive games too often. He gets away with it on games like Destiny but not CSGO :pac:

But whenever he does be on, it's him, myself and another boardsie guy from Dublin so be nice to have 4 of us and maybe our little romanian buddy to fill the 5th spot (wait till u hear this guy, funny out )
