CDKeys are totally legit. Most of the regulars here have made purchases from them.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,012 ✭✭✭Kerplunk124

+1 for cdkeys. bought off them many times.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,393 ✭✭✭Fingleberries

That was U play CD keys. They where bought with Stolen cards and sold via a 3rd party on a CD key site.

This code is from the Xbox one Bundles.

Got my Xbox live and Black Flag off that CD key no problem what so ever
I believe the site where the keys were sold were Kinguin and G2A.com Ubisoft later reinstated keys for users who were already playing the game, but cancelled any keys that have not yet been activated. Kinguin believe that the keys were from an unknown Russian source, but are still investigating.

    (source: Eurogamer).

I noticed the actual xbox one itself is not well priced, nothing comes anywhere close to what the US get with their 315 dollar assassins creed bundle.
I wonder will we ever get anything close to that.
I'm still waiting for a decent deal on the console itself but Microsoft seem to be very US only oriented this generation which is very unfair but Sony are aswell.
None of the shops ever compete with Argos and Argos' own deals aren't that good ,gamestop prices are pathetic for a shop that's supposed to specialise in games and the rest don't bother either.

All those US prices do not have sales tax added in so appear cheaper than you'd think. There have been plenty great deals on the one and ps4 in the run up to Xmas and beyond.

Have a look at argos for your xbox one they have been the go to place for xbox one deals.

I think they have it with 2 games for 400 at the moment witch i think the games are what are the newest ones are at the moment.

Conceding in less then a year it was dropped 100 euros in price and now gives you 2 games as well i don't think 400 is that bad at all

Yeah and considering a 360 will set you back 230ish still, 350-379 for a one doesn't seem a bad price.

Yep amazon.de have good deals but I'd be afraid if anything was wrong with the console they'd be a headache to deal with because I don't speak German.
I can't even understand the buttons on their website chrome doesn't translate the buttons.
I might wait and see I know Littlewoods had a good deal a week ago but that's gone now. Maybe they'll get it back in.
It'd be nice to get one because it looks like after a while there will be sweet ef all games coming out for the good old xbox 360 which I still play currently.

Don't worry about the language barrier. If anything goes wrong contact Xbox support direct and they should be able to sort you out with a replacement if required.

Yeah, you'll probably be sending it to the Czech Republic through Microsoft.

The Xbox One is built better than the 360 ever was, it's designed to last, but if something does go wrong, Microsoft have been brilliant at sorting it. It's all anecdotal, as I haven't had anything bad happen, but bar a string of wonky controllers, I haven't even heard of any systemic problems.

Wrong plug type and psu voltage may be a problem though I think.

Wouldn't be an issue. If plug was, you can pick up a kettle lead for feck all. Any hassle, you deal with Microsoft Ireland, don't have to go near German support.

Assassin's Creed Unity on Xbox One is on CDKeys for €16.50 Digital Download - http://www.cdkeys.com/xbox-live/games/assassin-s-creed-unity-xbox-one

Is it odd that its only the assassins creed games that are hugely discounted on all these sites. It was deal of the week on one and it was still €40

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,431 ✭✭✭rottie 11

Right just bought it, looking forward to having an Xbox again:)

How did you go about getting it delivered? I got a TV from amazon.de a few years ago in a black friday lightning deal but I can't for the life of me remember how much or how it was delivered. I'm still a few months away from picking up an Xbox One but wouldn't mind knowing the process in case a deal pops up I can't resist :o

cdkeys will be cheaper, also you can get a 5% discount code on their facebook page.

  • Registered Users Posts: 461 ✭✭tombrown

    Thanks

    Forgive the novice questions :

    I assume that's cdkeys.com?

Can the membership purchased there be used freely on an Irish account? (the reason I ask is Amazon had an online membership option previously that they stated could only be used for UK accounts)

Live subscriptions apply to all accounts in every region so you will be fine.

I'd agree. I bought it a few weeks ago for €19 in Gamestop and rated it as probably the best value game I've ever bought at that price!
