Helo.. Is this TEFL Course any good?

Saw this on offer, 120 hour course in TEFL, is this worth anything to me? I mean, will it stand if I go to Europe with this or do they look for the full extensive course (€1200+). Would I just be wasting money with this course or is it going to be beneficial to me? Any thoughts suggestions etc. welcome.
