    Hello, I have a receipt for a Debit Card refund processed on the 1st of July 2014 but it has yet to hit my account. It has now been 5 working days, should it take this long?

    Thanks for posting. 

    The timeframe for a refund very much depends on the individual retailer. Having said that, it would usually take 3-5 working days to credit your account. If the money doesn't reach your account today, we would suggest contacting the retailer to follow up.
