Are IBAN beginnings the same

Can anyone tell me if the first 8 or so characters at the beginning of the IBAN numbers are always the same. For example I know for Bank of Ireland it is IE90BOFI then sort code and account number. Would every IBAN in Ireland for BoI begin the same way i.e. IE90BOFI..... And if so does anyone know the one for PTSB? I think…

And if so does anyone know the one for PTSB? I think it could be IE41PTSB but not 100% sure.

No. the two numbers are checksums, will change based on a mathematical formula which is calculated from the rest of the number
