    hi my name is michelle...im looking for somewhere to rent in Waterford that is not to expensive maybe the 400€ mark as im going back to college as a mature student (29 years old) Im having a lot of trouble finding somewhere that will let me rent with my dog who is a shorkie tiny thing. its not an option to leave him behind.

    I was wondering does anybody know how I would find private landlords that this might not be a problem for...the auctioneers are having none of this I would appreciate any help

    Offer a larger deposit - at least six weeks if not two months. A reference from your previous LL saying the dog isn't a nuisance would be good too.
