I agree with this dyed blonde woman with the smashing lipstick daubed lips and cleavage enhancing dress that there is too much sexualization of women on TV..

Says more about the people commenting on her boobs and hair to be honest. They can't get passed that. Bit strange. I thought she made excellent points. Oh and she said nothing about the sexualisation of women on TV. You made that up.

Sorry it initially looked like I was talking about Vincent :)

It's an ideal purchase for him to make next.

Asked about TV3, which has been put on the market by its investment company owners Doughty Hanson, he said INM was “looking at everything in the media, now that we are in a position to do so”.

Would you look at the big arrogant, nose in the air, head of Regina Doherty.

I think the opposition have handed the government a get-out clause for this whole affair by getting the inquiry set up. The whole thing can now be kicked to touch for the next couple of years which is what any inquiry is liable to take.

Noonan says it'll all be over by Christmas.
Mind you, that's what the British Tommies said about WW1 in 1914, and that didn't go well

I told a girlfriend once that she looked better without her glasses. She told me that I also looked better without glasses.
Things didn't go well after that.:(

No Vinny. They leave because of better training, better conditions, better career structure.
Money is way down the list.

Ah!....so 'blueshirt' is just a cheap term of abuse?

Watching that former Clery's worker crying, it's a very sad indictment of the Capitalist system that a human being should feel so strongly defined by their job that they feel 'worthless' when it's snatched away from them.

I thought you had to pay redundancy if you were profitable, if the sellers made 19 million profit on the sale why couldn't they pay redundancy?

€19m those boys pocketed from selling Clerys.

Sure aren't we're a great little country to business in.

Yes they probably sold Clerys to a company with assets of the purchase price plus 10 cent and the jobs went over with that.

And the very same workers were subjected to the Socialist system over the past 6-7 years when they had to bail out a failed Capitalist system.

    In Vincent Brownes words.

He won't come on the show unless we agree not to ask him about his tax affairs.

    Yeah he's so different alright.
