Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The people are equal, however their relationships are not.

Had a post written but after the show of hands it would have been wrong. Fair enough.

    Equality for women.
    The Lunacy Act.
    Travelers Rights.

    Very interesting and diverse tonight.

There is no focus to this discussion, they are just hopping around from one topic to another without any real debate on any of them.

Donegal are more enlightened than Cork.

Marriage is between a man and a woman.

    Why?

    I don't know, she replies.

    Sums her up.

If Donegal is passing it with such a majority, surely it will pass countrywide.

A good lot of people raised their hand for a No vote. Scary that it's that many.

Incidentally, did anyone ever see a camel with a broken back? Or even hear of one?

I'm beginning to understand why Donegal is the forgotten county.........it's because the rest of us would prefer to forget that bunch of whingers!

Does Pearse really believe Sinn Fein will be the biggest party in the next Dail?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,617 ✭✭✭✭hotmail.com

I'd say there's some rivalry between Pearse and Padraig.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,886 ✭✭✭✭Roger_007

Both Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael used to be Sinn Fein?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,052 ✭✭✭Un Croissant

They are looking to the election in, what, 21?

Because no way will you get a dominant left by next year.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 95 ✭✭Pure Mule

    Who will be?

Fair play for the guy to admit it.

Edit - No fair play to him at all, purely a mic grabber.

I hate Panto. That feels relevant.

Such a bunch of absolute donkeys.

    Audience included.

Mac Lochlainn should go on an absolute rampage. He's the only one that seems switched on.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,886 ✭✭✭✭Roger_007

Surely, Vinny, you don't think that Donegal people are going to admit to earning over €50k.....

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,605 ✭✭✭yipeeeee

I really worry for our future, the idiotic level is staggering.

The government are coming out of this pretty ok. Other debates were just a moan. This one you can see that the two parties present are searching for votes.
