Garda have end of Sarsfield street closed. Taped off at the corner of peoples park and Sarsfield house around arthurs quay best avoided. Just read on journal a woman cyclist was killed.

There was a fatal RTA near the Hunt Museum this morning. I think they have all roads leading to the area closed.
