    Hi,
    it seems my account has been charged twice for the same transaction, who do i contact to get this recertified?

    It usually rectifies itself after a couple of days.

    Thanks for your query today. 

    If this is a Visa Debit Card transaction, we would ask you first to contact the retailer to confirm if they received 1 or 2 payments from you. 

    If they confirm only one payment was received by them, one of these payments will resolve on your account, within 3-5 working day as 'spurious' correctly mentions above. 

    It's possible the retailer may have had difficulties processing the first payment and attempted another.
