    I'm lying awake in a hostel in Galway and in can't sleep as there's too much noise going on outside. It's 1 am on a Saturday morning, I think the fact that I'm in bed and not outside makes me feel really old. Give me a few hours I'll be out with them

    Na man, Id bet its still pretty full on, I remember the pure shock and his pasty white face my whole life. It really did put me off/ scare me/ warn me/ about Heroin in particular and I was never tempted after multiple run ins with the ****. Thank you Grange Hill and Zammo, you did not die in vain.

    Man , the 80's look so sh1t, lol. Still loved it and am glad to have lived in that period. Watching those grange hill clips IS my school memories, I went to school as an Irish lad in England in the 80's. Fuk im an old fart.

    i'm 18 stone of mile running weight lifting salad eating grizzly bear
    you need to start looking after yourself. what makes me feel young? watching my 73 year old dad swing himself over the 8' side of my quad trailer
    he ran 10k's most weekends and cycles when its nice out.

    i plan to look better at 40 then i did at 30 and if your 1975 like me (from yer name) you probably still have time

    yeah, thinking of that Couch to 5 k , Its not food for me, to much drink I think, bad habits. But , I take your post on board big time.

    Just hard to believe Im not a young'in anymore. It sneaks up on you.

    But then again, I think most young folk i see are fooking Idiots so I must be getting old.
