I have recently sold my 1/2 of an apartment to my ex. I am wondering about transferring this money back to a savings account in Ireland. Am i liable for any costs associated with this money ? I don't believe i should be as it's all been savings from a taxed income. Will the revenue ask questions when they see this money coming in ?
