    Probably no but at least they recognise there's an issue.

    They also have to enforce the penalties as well which so far seems to be the major issue.

    The problem is not the penalties ... Its the implementation by the motor bike officials... They need to sit back and observe the drafting then roll up and dish out the cards... None of this wArning crap... Simples
