Madden 25 Cup - Bracket, Draft, Games Etc

This is the thread for the Madden 25 Cup. Throw all discussion, scheduling, game reports etc in here.

Here's the bracket, generated randomly from Challonge.com who also randomly generate seeds which is used to give the draft order for picking teams:



As we have 12 people, there's 4 players who have received byes into the QF's.

The draft order is as follows:

1) Giffney
2) Padraic
3) Heli
4) Empacher
5) Dave
6) Mike
7) Knex
8) Rock
9) Kopfan
10) Paully
11) Pudsy
12) Tripperman

Giffney, you can kick off drafting as soon as you wish, then PM Padraic after your pick, who in turn will PM Heli after his pick and so on.

All matchups are a best of 3 games series and feel free to start scheduling and playing games against your opponent as soon as both of you have drafted your team.

It's exactly 7 weeks from today until Madden 15 is released so there is no real rush in getting games done as we should have plenty of time.

Question, which Roster is it for the tournament? Same roster that was in game for the start of the Franchise mode, or the one that's updated and available in head to head?

I've just remembered Dave's post on the cup interest thread in which he said he's away from Saturday-Friday, so in order to keep this going we're going to skip ahead to the #6 pick.

I'm sure everyone will have picked their team before Dave gets back on Friday, and with only 12 teams in it everyone is going to get a good team anyway, so Dave can pick whatever team he wants from the remaining teams left at the end when he gets back.

Mike has been PM'd and is on the (imaginary) clock.
