Capturing handwriting to digitised text

    I'm thinking this is maybe the best forum for this. Hopefully it'll get a response.

    I'm looking for a way to digitise my handwritten notes (using fountain pen) to "typed" searchable text.

    I was looking at the likes of a live scribe pen, but I really love the pen I have & would prefer to keep using it, so maybe something that'll attach to my notepad & capture my handwriting, digitising it in the process.

    I'm doing a lot of note taking right now & need to transcribe them so this would cut my workload immensely.

    Or maybe there's an OSX/iOS app I'm not aware of that would do it?
