Wholeheartedly agree. Keeping Evertons fullbacks pegged back in their own half is the best approach against, their midfield simply aren't dynamic enough to open up space without them and they start lumping the ball long.

As much as I like Everton and the way they play, we really should be beating a team like this easily. With new arrivals and the German's missing the preseason we're really disjointed but Wenger has most of the blame here, we're not taking advantage of Everton's obvious tactical weaknesses.

Ozil has done nothing and I doubt very much he is match for 90 mins.. He should Have been taken off. Sanchez should still be on the pitch. Wilshere shouldn't be starting in this team

No I don't think so. We haven't created the same incisive chances that Everton did in the first half, despite controlling most of the game. The problems are further down the field and our disjointedness in the wide areas.

Have to wonder about our pre season peperations not one player out there has played well or looks up to speed nor did they against Besiktas.

Equally, I've never been ble to understand the hyping up of the Ox.

He's done well of the bench but mainly cause he's such a beast. Don't ever see a starting spot for him tbh.
