Spacious room available in family home 5 mins walk from DCU (Glasnevin) 100pw including bills, t.v, internet, no meals, female only!

Digs available from 1st Oct. €120 p/w. Sunday evening to friday morning. Breakfast and evening meal. Wifi and utilities inc. 20 min walk to DCU. Close to city bus routes.
Non smokers. Prefer first / second years. We have a big dog and a small toddler - neither bite ;-)
