The Asian market on drury Street does them. Picked up a bag of them last weekend actually.

Just to add to the options, Asian Food Co on Mary St do them in a bunch of sizes up to 1kg bags.

The Tesco mustard seeds are very very bland, no bite or flavour to them at all. Shop around..
