Student loans

Wondering what the situation is with student loans? Do banks or credit unions still offer them? Are they harder to get? I luckily didn't need one before but am facing the possibility of doing another Masters next year and am looking in to my funding options :o Thanks!

Will you be doing the masters full time or part time? I did a part time MSc while I was working, the bank loaned me the money for it no problem.
