Hello, My dad has passed away but his name remains on the account. It's so upsetting to see the bill come in the door every 2 months with his name on it. It's a sad reminder he is no longer with us. How do we change it so it's in my mums name? Thank you

Hello Bambi24,

We are very sorry to read of your loss. All that is required would be for your mum to contact Electric Ireland with the full account details as they stand at the moment, advising that she needs to have your late father's name removed from the account and that she is taking over as account-holder.
