What good is a window or a door when sections already recovered capture the extent of the event that brought the plane down. That's like a doctor conducting a post-mortem saying I need a good look at this tow to determine the cause of death when the deceased's head has been blown off.

It is a piece of a crime scene.
You do not know what it may potentially tell you.
    That is why you investigate.
To learn the truth about what happened.

For all you know that section might have damage which shows an inconsistency with a current theory of what happened.
It might have shrapnel from a different manufacturers projectile, it may have a separate entry point, it may have proof of electrical malfunction, indications of metal fatigue, a maintenance error, ballistic damage which says a bomb was carried on board, 101 different possibilities which could say 'no ! theory A = wrong, try again'.

Going to look pretty fvcking stupid if you charge an entire nation in international courts with the deaths of hundreds, only to later have a piece of evidence which counters your case come up.

Or maybe it'll be a case of having 90% proof of what happened, aint it a bitch that the defense will lean on missing evidence, and describe several different possibilities effectively tying the judges hands.

But no, it might be costly to ship it.

That would be like the UK sending troops to Kerry at the request of the Healy-raes

    Wrong example.
Here is the right one: England attack Ireland, Irish Government ask France for help, France send troops.

    lol.

Ever watch aviation crash programmes, on a lot of satellite stations, mostly US investigation's, every piece of the plane is recovered where possible and assembled for the investigation to come to its conclusion. Something stinks about this one.

(Reuters) - The mother of a German woman killed when Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 was downed over eastern Ukraine in July is suing the Ukrainian authorities at the European Court of Human Rights for failing to close their airspace, a German paper reported.

The mother of the victim named as "Olga L." was seeking $1 million in compensation from Kiev for manslaughter by negligence and had begun proceedings in the past week, Bild am Sonntag newspaper said on Sunday.

Irish history??? WTF r u talking about?!?! You are silly (don't forget to say "thank you" for not using sweeter word) yourself, I just MADE UP example! It could be "England attack Ireland, Ireland ask Honduras for help, Honduras send troops". Tell me about Irish history having MADE UP EXAMPLE with Honduras instead of France.

The "story" you made up happened! You know, Irish history, look it up.

    DOH!
    :)

However we are now going off topic, abit a tenuous link to Ireland by yourself

Yeah, it happened, and I recalled it only after reading your smart post.
It was coincidence - France in my example and France in Irish history.
Now when I am using Honduras instead of France can you tell me about Irish history? ;)

    I already did, :)
By the by, my post was not smart. It was factual.
But paint it as you wish,
    Whatever makes you happy.

You are not capable to understand one simple thing: it doesn't matter what you meant in discussion "Russia sent troops to Ossetia, not to Georgia".
    Take care you too. ;)

She needs a better lawyer, 1 Million is nothing and she will have a hard time collecting. She needs to sue KLM, MAS, Boeing etc etc, then she will make money.
It highlights Ukraine complete disregard for civilian life.
You could also say the same for Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan etc etc etc as they all had flights routing over their countries at that time.

Another German specialist, missile expert Bernd Biedermann, agrees that only allegations exist months after the tragedy.

"Going on the documents, the pictures, and the reports that we have, there is not one single piece of evidence proving it was an anti-aircraft missile. It just doesn't exist," he said, shocked by the lack of professional expertise in the investigation process.

"It's beyond me, how in the first days after the crash over 50 specialists had arrived at the scene, including ones from the OSCE, and no one managed to secure evidence which could then be analyzed in laboratory conditions," Biedermann told RTD.

A long but worthwhile read on the topic and doesn't shy away from a shared responsibility for the atrocity.

Got to hand it to RT they keep on and on and on
Yet they dropped the worst shopped intelligence photo since the wmds when they posted a satalite image clearly showing a Ukrainian mig 29 firing a missile at MH17 only problem was the photoshopped mig 29 wasn't a mig 29 at all

How quick the recordings of the black box on a plane that crashed, can be transcribed when there is nothing to cover up. Like the box on AirAsia Flight QZ8501.

"We didn't hear any voice of other persons other than the pilots," said Nurcahyo Utomo, another investigator. "We didn't hear any sounds of gunfire or explosions. For the time being, based on that, we can eliminate the possibility of terrorism."

Utomo said that investigators could hear "almost everything" on the recording contained in one of the flight's two "black boxes". The other is the flight data recorder, and both have been recovered from the wreckage at the bottom of the Java Sea.

You'd think with all the irrefutable evidence knocking around when this happened we'd have the answers by now

    Nor was the 777 a 777.

RT will continue to blur so long as the Kremlin wishes for them to.

Transasia black boxes, data released after two days, still waiting for the data from the boxes of MH17, is the coverup causing the delays.
