    The Dutch???

    Really.

Yes, the Dutch were involved in the occupation of Iraq.

Look Look, Over there over there, Not over here, Look look over there.

You think repeating that gibberish contributes something to the debate?

I'd prefer if you answered my question before asking me one.

Where in the quote you did you ask a question ?

Would you agree to include the shooting down of IA655 and the "illegal movement of weapons into Iraq" with the MH investigation.

    Let all three proceed together?

    Yes or no?

    Getting into silliness now.

How many other "investigations" do you want included? How about an investigation into the annomolies with the US election results in 2001 that put bush in power?

It where the Malaysians who filed the motion Because of the origin of the aircraft but its a joint motion between them and Dutch/belgian/Ukraine/Australia
Those four countries again. Attack is the best form of defence as they say!
Yesterday's motion at the UN stinks to high heaven!
On August 8, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Australia and Belgium signed a non-disclosure agreement pertaining to data obtained during the investigation into the causes of the crash of Malaysian Airlines MH17

Inevitability we'll end up with demands to investigate Israel.

    :(

    Its not a serious question.

I've a few that could be included actually
Korean airline flight 902 shot down by Russian air defences in '78

Korean airline flight 007 shot down by a Russian fighter jet in "83

In 93 3 Georgian airliners were shot down also

Has Russia got something about Asian civil aviation they keep targeting

Yes, there is no good reason why the downing of LAA114 should not be included in an International Tribunal.

Dunno. Maybe the same thing US/Israel has against airlines from Islamic countries? Who knows?

It is a very serious question - the sort of question which is constantly dismissed by the West when fingers are pointed in our direction.

Hence we have the ICC collapsing in Africa and a complete failure to get major powers to sign up to it.

All countries who where involved in "moving weapons illegally into Iraq".

Ooh right so they have no case getting the shooting down of a civilian airliner investigated by the security council ... I get you now :o

As much as asking for everyone and his dog to be investigated to allow an investigation into the downing of this plane by Russian separatists.

No need to investigate dogs but I would like to see the UN investigate war crimes against civilians, for example the bombing of water pumping stations and sewage treatment plants in Iraq and Libya. As for the bombing of schools and universities in Gaza I won't even go there!
If there ever was a motion proposed I'll give you one guess who would veto it?

Why hold an investigation if we already know what happened?

I can see you have problems with the concept that justice should be impartial.

"No chance" more than "no case"

For the reasons I have patiently tried to explain.....

So russia shoots down not one ,
    Not two
But 3 civilian airliners reaccuring theme actually.

We get oh look what America did .

We forgot to mention Russia's massacres in Europe Czechoslovakia.
    Poland
Afghanistan where they massacred 100's of thousands afghans and literally wiped villages off the map .

And when they invade east Ukraine and shoot down MH17 we get

Ohhhhhhhh America did this America did that isreal did that .

July 2014 Russian anti air missles shot down a civilian airliner over Ukraine this anti air system was crewed by Russian military and when they realised they shot down a civilian airliner they whisked said missles back to Russia .

Seems people want to blame America some how

is there a point struggling to get out in that rant?

Again; if everyone already knows exactly what happened what's the point of an inquiry?

You are actually admitting it was a mistake in a war situation! - so what's the point of the "investigation"?

Actually its more like wishing threads on Internet forums would stay on topic.

    :)

Would that make it okay for you then?

And how is making the attempted prosecution of people involved in MH17 contingent on an impartial judicial system off-topic?

No. It would make it fall into the category of "things that the UN doesn't investigate".

If we want to change that practice let's start with some older cases; take them in chronological order.
