I got my oneplus one sent to mailboxde. When I registered my City wasn't showing up on my address so I contacted them to correct it before shipment. They told me it was corrected. It shipped on the 17th and arrived in Ireland on the 21st where it was handed over to an post on the 21st. There seemed to be no movement until the 28th. I didn't get it today so I rang and it turns out it was sent back to Germany on the 28th. I have 500Eur insurance on this through DHL wellpacket. I have contacted an post, mailboxde and dhl and each of them is telling me to contact the other. An post says there was no address on it. Mailboxde told me they put and address and emailed me the address that was on it. No city, which I specifically asked them to put on it and they told me they did. Any advice?

Where in Ireland do you live. It is fairly easy to find where you live without a city put down.

So my phone is being delivered by DHL and according to the tracking it should be in Ireland and they tell me that I can should be able to track it via an post track and trace, but the DHL tracking number doesn't work. Just wondering does anyone have any experience in this or where to get the tracking number that I can use for An post.

You can track it on the DHL website (the German one if I remember correctly). You can only track it via An Post when it's actually in the country, and by the time it is it'll probably be in your hands before you have the chance to check it.

So yeah, in the mean time, use the DHL website.

EDIT: Sorry, I misread your post, I think. If the DHL website says it's in Ireland, it probably just hasn't been processed by An Post. From an anecdotal perspective I can tell you that I had the phone before I was able to trace the phone on the An Post website. I also think I've heard other people say this before too. I'd only be concerned if it didn't show by the end of the week.
