    Just wondering. Has anyone had any problems with loose dogs on the road in carrickpherish at the top of the hill?

    I got bitten by one yesterday.

    I contacted the council already and they said they would look into it!

    Just one that was standing in the middle of the road licking the ground. Stupid thing wouldn't move out of the way so had to go around it.
