    approx how much should a poured concrete patio 1000 sq ft cost? The concrete does not need to be too thick as it will not be for parking. All that is there at the moment is gravel.

    You are basically pouring a large concrete slab.
    You cannot decide the thickness as if too thin, it will break so I guess it will be a minimum of 150mm thick with all the other build up material to allow it to stay put. (Fill, hardcore, 804 etc)

    100m2 of a slab is bigger than the ground floor of a typical city house, so I wouldn't expect it to be too cheap. Have you asked any local builders?

    Id say your looking at €3000 or thereabouts depending on ground conditions etc.
