She did that well. Nice looking filly with that distinctive white blaize splash on her head that her sire jeremy had. Not sure she's an our conor but she has a nice turn of foot.

That was a fair oul gamble, 5/2! Someone made a few bob

One Cool Robin in the last at Lmk 20/1 wast night another to keep an eye on - couple of non runners would have impacted but still money down. Seeking Susan might be difficult to beat in that one

****ing hell, just watched the replay.
That horse was schooled impeccably for that run, never missed a beat. Great when those gambles come off.

Bastards attacking Paris. Some evil has been growing for the last 2 decades and it needs to be stamped out. Pandering to their agenda or kicking the borders open has not helped the situation.

Anyone know what the craic is with these new fangled 1m7f hurdle races? What happened to plain old 2m races?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,681 ✭✭✭BumperD

Never heard of those races, where are they on?

Actually it appears they are only down as 1m7f on the Paddy power website for some reason.when I look at the next days racing on the site some of the hurdle races are down as 1m7f,the papers still have them as 2m(uk races)

Wasn't there some work done in the UK lately to give accurate race distances? Peviously two miles was "more or less two miles", now the actual distance is given e.g. 1 mile 7 furlongs 168 yards in the 1.20 Uttoxeter tomorrow.

I was in the horrors on Wednesday after an unplanned session on Tuesday, I was still feeling a bit ropey this morning but I'd murder a few pints now. I'm thinking a couple of nice Jameson's while doing the decorations with Mini-Me later on

It's the BIK they've increased to €500 from €250 this year, so if you get gift bonds as a bonus then this means your employer can give more this year.
