Considering moving to Morell Estate in Naas

Hi all, we are thinking of moving to Naas from Dublin city centre. Both working and have a 3 year old daughter. How is Morrell estate as a neighborhood? We noticed shops that are boarded up. Hi all, we are thinking of moving to Naas from Dublin city centre. Both working and have a 3 year old daughter. How is Morrell estate as a neighborhood? We noticed shops that are boarded up. Is this any reason for this?

The three questions I have top of mind are:
Is there any anti-social behaviour around this area?
How is it for schools, primary/secondary?
How would one commute to Grand Canal Dock from there?

I'm really stuck with these questions and any insight you can give would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
