    The show houses opened at the weekend. Most apartments now sold but I believe there are still some 2000 sq foot townhouses for €150k or thereabouts.

    €150k mwahhh! How cheap - how is the build quality and general finish of the area?

    The estate is finished to a good spec with mature gardens and shrubbery in common areas, roads finished, street lighting in.

    Most houses are floored and carpeted, have kitchens and white goods. Gardens are fenced or walled and have decking area to rear.

    All sold afaik! There was people queuing from 9pm Friday Friday night to buy
