Recommend house removal service?

Could anyone recommend someone good for house removals? "Good" being not too expensive and things arriving intact. We're not moving far - from one side of Newbridge to the opposite side of Naas - and don't need a packing or storage service, just removals on the day. Someone who would reassemble beds etc would be a bonus!…

Hiring a truck and doing it ourselves is not an option - a collection of bad backs means lifting the heavier items of furniture and white goods ourselves is not a runner - so if anyone has any recommendations we'd appreciate it. Thanks
