Minimum amount of subscribers to memorandum?

    Hi,

    I'm forming a company and notice on the form A1 that there's space to add 7 subscribers. Do I need 7 subscribers or can it just be the two directors which I have?

    Depending on the nature of the company the minimum number of subscribers is one.
