What does "IS RESTRICTED UNDER SECTION 150 OF THE COMPANIES ACT, 1990" in terms of Directors of a company? I did a search on someone and this was the result. Does it mean they are banned from taking a Directorship for a certain amount of time? And if so, what would cause such a restriction?

FYI, section 160 is the disqualification section.
